Your children are growing in many ways. Are they growing a love of reading and learning?
Shakespurr and Ally Doliboa, Youth Services Team Leader at MidPointe Library Middletown, are pleased to share the following tip to help foster a love of books and reading in the young minds in your home.
“Let your children pick books that interest them. If the book is too long for your child’s attention, do a ‘picture walk’ and focus on what is happening in the pictures versus reading the words.”
